Meet Our Staff and Dental Hygienists

Hi, my name is Mirna. I became a part of the TLC family in September of 2010. Born in Hollister and now residing in Salinas, I have a wonderful husband and two grown children. I became a dental assistant in 1997. I continually learn the new techniques and advances in dental restorative treatment, specializing in CEREC (Cad/Cam) restoration design. I am privileged to be able to utilize my skills to better serve and treat our clients.

“Hi, my name is Lorena. I grew up in the Central Valley in a small town called Chowchilla. I have three older siblings and four German Shepherds.

Why did you choose dentistry?

“I chose dentistry because I enjoy interacting and helping people, especially helping them love their smile. I believe in building great relationships with my patients.”

What is the best part of your job?

“The best part about being a dental hygienist is making you feel good about your oral health!”

What aspect of your personality adds the most value to the office?

“I believe my bubbly personality adds value and smiles to the TLC Dentistry office.”

What do you do outside of the office?

“Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, binge-watching Netflix, playing soccer, spending time with my family, and dancing. Believe it or not, sky diving in the Swiss Alps has always been on my bucket list!”
